Here are some North Dakota colleges you might consider for your higher education.

1. North Dakota State University – Tuition: resident $5,448 per year, MN resident $5,706 per year, non-resident $14,547 per year. Room/Board: $6,568 per year. Enrollment at NDSU is over 14,000 students. They offer eight different academic colleges to choose from. The student faculty ratio is eighteen to one.

2. Rasmussen College – Tuition: call for more information. The Fargo campus of this multi-state school offers degrees in business administration, business management, accounting, and criminal justice. They also offer a range of associate degrees. 97% of surveyed graduates are employed.

3. University of Mary – Tuition: $12,800 per year. Room/Board: $4,720 per year. Founded in 1955 as a two year community college, UM has since expanded to a four year university system. This is the only private Catholic university in North Dakota. Their enrollment is just under three thousand students, and their student to teacher ratio is sixteen to one.

4. Concordia College – Tuition: $26,950 per year. Room/Board: $6,510 per year. Just across the North Dakota border, Concordia College is located in Moorhead, Minnesota. Located in Northern South Dakota, Northern provides a beautiful campus and a great education. Founded in 1901, NSU  enrollment is over 2,500 students.

8. University of North Dakota – Tuition: resident $6,934 per year, MN resident $7,284 per year, non-resident $16,333 per year. Room/Board: $5,950 per year. This prestigious public university offers 217 fields of study for undergraduate programs alongside its graduate school of law and medicine. The school enrolls more than 13,000 students and is 70 miles north of Fargo.

9. Lake Region State College – Tuition: $3,065 per year. Room/Board: $4,900 per year. This two year, public college is located in Devil’s Lake, ND. They offer many different areas of study, including wind energy technician, welding, peace officer training, medical transcription, farm management, and American sojourn. They also offer an air base campus in Grand Forks.

10. Minot State University – Tuition: $5,389 per year. Room/Board: $4,736 per year. Enrollment is over 3,600 students. The school is located in northwest North Dakota and has been active since 1913. They have an odd course requirement in a diversity class. They also offer an honors college and masters programs.
